Delivery Terms & Conditions

These Delivery Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline how we handle the preparation, delivery, and handling of your meals. By placing an order with [Your Company Name], you agree to the following:

1. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries will be made on the day and within the time window confirmed at checkout.

  • While we make every effort to deliver on time, unforeseen delays (traffic, weather, road closures) may occur.

  • If you are unavailable to receive your order, we will follow the drop-off instructions provided at checkout.

2. Delivery Location

  • Meals will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If a secure, shaded drop-off spot is not available, we recommend leaving a cooler with ice packs for safe storage until retrieval.

  • Once delivery is completed, [Your Company Name] is not responsible for loss, theft, or spoilage.

3. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve meals promptly after delivery.

  • All meals should be refrigerated immediately and consumed by the “Best By” date printed on the packaging.

  • Failure to follow proper storage guidelines may result in spoilage, for which we cannot issue refunds.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Any changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before delivery day.

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Special Instructions

  • If you have specific delivery instructions (gate codes, apartment access, etc.), please provide them when placing your order.

  • Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information may result in delayed or unsuccessful delivery.

6. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, road closures, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
