At Sprezza, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality meals made to order. Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of our meals.

Refunds & Replacements

We will issue a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive the wrong item(s)

  • Your order arrives damaged or spoiled

  • An item is missing from your order

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [phone/email].

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Include photos of the affected item(s) if applicable.

Exceptions

  • We do not offer refunds for orders that are not retrieved from the delivery location within the agreed delivery window.

  • We are not responsible for spoilage caused by incorrect storage after delivery.

  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.

Our Commitment

If there is ever an issue with your order, we will do everything possible to make it right—whether that means replacing a meal, issuing credit, or refunding your purchase.
